We measure every opening, look at the existing frames and brickwork, and talk through glass packages, colours and grille options. Roughly 45 minutes, no obligation.

You get one price with everything in it — units, capping, caulking, disposal, HST and any rebate we can apply. Valid for 30 days so you can compare properly.

Custom manufacturing
Your windows are built to your exact openings at our Vaughan factory. Typical lead time is 3–5 weeks depending on colour and glass package.

Installation day
Crews arrive on time, mask the work area, remove old units, install, insulate, seal and cap. Most GTA homes are finished the same day.

Walkthrough & warranty

Our windows start at $290 per window. What you actually pay depends on the size of the opening, the style, whether you go double or triple glazed, and the exterior colour. A typical mid-size GTA home replacing every opening usually lands somewhere between $8,000 and $18,000 all in. We give you one written, itemised number that already includes the units, capping, caulking, disposal and HST — no surprises after the fact.
Yes. We offer 0% interest for 6 months with no payment (OAC). We will walk you through the options at the quote, and there is no obligation to use financing to get our pricing.
Most GTA homes are completed in a single day. Larger homes, or jobs involving structural changes or a full entry-door system, can run into a second day. The crew masks the work area, removes the old units, installs, insulates, seals, caps and cleans up before leaving.
Typically 3–5 weeks. Your windows are custom built to your exact openings at our Vaughan factory. Special exterior colours, triple glazing and shaped units can add a little time; we will give you a realistic date at the point of order, not an optimistic one.
Yes. Our casement, awning and fixed units meet and exceed Canadian ENERGY STAR® specifications and qualify for Ontario’s Home Renovation Savings Program rebate of $100 per rough opening. Every unit uses multi-chamber fusion-welded PVC frames, LowE-coated glass, argon gas fill and Super Spacer® warm-edge spacers as standard.
Fixed windows, because there is no operating sash to seal. Among windows that open, casement and awning units are the best performers — the sash compresses into its weather strip when you crank it shut, which is a fundamentally tighter seal than a slider can achieve.
